5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer delivery across Pakistan.
Orders are generally delivered within 3–4 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weekends, public holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Same-day delivery may be available in Rawalpindi and Islamabad for selected orders.
ShopZay is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Products must generally be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and accessories where applicable.
